The 2D-BioPAD team was proud to take part in the N4SNano Global Summit 2025, held in Barcelona from June 16 to 18. Organized by the Institut Català de Nanociència i Nanotecnologia (ICN2), the summit focused on the role of nanotechnologies in building more sustainable cities, in line with United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 11 (SDG 11).
Our project partner Marianna Rossetti from ICN2 chaired the “Smart Cities” session, where she led discussions on how nano-enabled solutions can support energy efficiency, connectivity, and environmental health. The session featured speakers from academia, industry, and policy, offering a broad perspective on the future of urban sustainability.
In addition to chairing the session, Marianna-together with Ronaldo Challhua-presented two posters, one of which showcased the progress of the 2D-BioPAD project.
Huge congrats to ICN2 for organizing such a valuable and well-attended international event.
