Dr. Marianna Rossetti participated in the Know4Nano workshop, held at the Biosense Institute in Novi Sad from November 25 to 29, 2024. The event focused on advancements in biosensors. During the workshop, Dr. Rossetti delivered a talk titled "DNA Nanotechnology for Bioanalytical Applications", showcasing her research and contributions to the European-funded 2D-BioPAD project, particularly in developing PoC IVD tools for Alzheimer’s disease.
Dr. Rossetti highlighted the integration of DNA nanotechnology with 2D materials to revolutionize early disease diagnosis through cost-effective and reliable platforms for detecting clinically relevant biomarkers.
The event, attended by 60 participants, provided a platform for collaboration and knowledge exchange in biosensors and diagnostics. Dr. Rossetti's work earned widespread recognition for addressing critical healthcare needs through innovative solutions.
