The 2D-BioPAD project was represented at Health Insight 2026, held in Kuopio, Finland, on August 19-20, 2026, by project partner University of Eastern Finland (UEF). The event provided an opportunity to engage in discussions on how emerging technologies can contribute to the future of brain health, dementia diagnostics, and personalised healthcare.
During Health Insight 2026, UEF presented the 2D-BioPAD concept and highlighted its contribution to the project, particularly in the area of clinical pilot studies and validation.
Participation in the event also offered an opportunity to exchange ideas with researchers, healthcare professionals, technology experts, and other stakeholders about the evolving landscape of dementia diagnostics and the potential of innovative technologies to support more personalised healthcare.
